To help things be fun, organized and run smoothly for the Singles Labor Day Picnic
from 12-5p.m. ( weather permitting) on Monday:
I am bringing:
1. utensils, plates, cups, napkins for 10-15 people. ( With this short notice, I only estimate that ). If we see that more people are interested, then we can plan...:).
2.aluminum foil,
3.a tablecloth,
4.a lighter for the grill,
5.small ketchups,
6.philly cream cheese,
7.crackers
8. and a dish for us to share
9. Coolers - medium and small
10. some bottled water
11. My choice of meat ( each person is responsible for their own meat and drinks)
Peter (from meet-up) is bringing:
1. Ice
2. a Rice dish
Checking with Jon about:
1. Charcoal
2. and him bringing another grill if the state park one is in use.
If anyone has a large cooler, that would be helpful.
